Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service (Section 4).
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required, usage limits apply, and you are not charged unless you choose a paid plan and enter payment details. Paid plans start at $29 per month; current prices are on the pricing page.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave us through Stripe at the start of each period.
Cancel online, any time
Go to Settings, then Billing, and cancel. You do not need to contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing settings to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
- Billing errors: if we charged you twice, charged an amount that does not match your plan, or charged you after a valid cancellation, we will refund the error. Email support@rulewize.com with the charge details.
- Unauthorized charges: contact us promptly and we will investigate and refund charges you did not authorize.
- If we end your paid subscription for a reason other than your violation of the Terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you prepaid.
- Other cases: otherwise, fees for a period that has begun are not refunded, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time after you cancel or downgrade. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions, and we will always honor refund rights that the law gives you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several business days to appear.
Price changes
We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
