Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Rulewize service.

You may not

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive.
• Present Generated Content as prepared or approved by an attorney or other licensed professional when it was not, or use the Service to offer legal services to others.
• Use the Service to create policies or documents that discriminate against, harass or retaliate against people, or that unlawfully restrict employee rights.
• Enter personal information you have no right to provide, or sensitive information about individuals (such as health, immigration or government identifiers) beyond what a document you are drafting requires.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or share an account outside your organization.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or reverse-engineer it.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use, or place an unreasonable load on it.
• Upload malware or other harmful code.
• Impersonate a person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, templates or models, or use output to build a competing product.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or end access for violations, and will give notice where practical. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. To report a violation, email support@rulewize.com.
