Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local and session storage, pixels, scripts) used on rulewize.com and in the Rulewize app, and your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Only necessary cookies are used until you choose in the cookie banner. Analytics and advertising tools stay off unless you accept them, and advertising is off by default. You can change your choice at any time:

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing, so advertising tools do not run for browsers that send it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Service will still work, but sign-in needs the necessary cookies.

Where trackers can and cannot run

  • On public pages: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity with analytics consent; Google Ads and Meta Pixel with advertising consent. Clarity is not loaded on sign-in, sign-up, password, contact or email preference pages.
  • Inside the signed-in product (handbook, policies, documents, settings, team and admin pages): no Clarity and no advertising tools. Google Analytics runs only with analytics consent.
  • The sign-up conversion step may load the Google Ads tag, with advertising consent only.

Third-party policies

Google, Microsoft and Meta process data under their own privacy policies. You can use their controls, for example Google’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences, in addition to ours.
